Plan Description
This brick housing project consists of three units, one per floor, and provides 1,123 square feet of total living space per floor. Each unit has a private balcony in the front and the back. The units located on the ground floor and the upper floor each have a private entrance at the front of the house, and the basement unit has a private entrance via the terrace. Besides the location of the bathroom and the laundry room, the floor layout is identical in all three units.
Each unit has an entrance hall, a bathroom with an adjoining laundry room or a laundry area, an L-shaped kitchen with an island, an open living and dining room, and two bedrooms including a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet.
