Plan Description
Designed for coastal atmospheres, this dwelling makes use of the view of your grounds. Several tiers offer plenty of room for recreation and solitude. On the primary level is a vast open great room with a cooking space and bar, held firm by a large dining zone. Three extensive sliding glass doors lead to a large sheltered porch. This outdoor leisure area provides direct connection to the neighboring territory. Above, a cozy sitting room with access to a second enclosed patio can be found. The primary bedroom suite accessible from the covered porch and a sizable bathroom is established at the front of the second floor.
