Plan Description

This design has a traditional lakefront aesthetic with modern touches commanding attention from the road and the lake. The living spaces all feature expansive windows and doors to take advantage of the natural beauty and surrounding property. Each level features an outdoor porch for entertainment. These porches and patios were designed to draw in the views providing many indoor and outdoor living opportunities. The front of the house features a cozy but inviting front entry flanked by a large garage for the owners. A classic modern open floor plan was utilized in the design to balance the spaces so that all three bedrooms and each living space with views of the outdoors. Even though the floor plan is open there is still a lot of functionality with the spaces and a loft complete with wet bar was designed on the upper level to provide even more storage and entertainment opportunities.
