Plan Description
This two-story farmhouse brings to mind the stone houses of Bucks County,
Pennsylvania. Notice the Georgian symmetry, the wood trim and the recessed
center entrance, common traits of this rural genre. The foyer, featuring niches
for curios, opens to the living room with its adjacent music alcove and to the
dining room. Both rooms have fireplaces, as does the study, located at one end
of the house for privacy. The U-shaped kitchen has a triple window over the
sink and a pass-through to the large breakfast room. A good-sized landry room
and a pantry are nearby. A fourth fireplace is found upstairs in the master
suite, which also boasts His and Hers walk-in closets and vanities. Two family
bedrooms and a shared bath complete the plan.
