Plan Description

Upscale details enhance this charming 1,986-square-foot design. The master bathroom in particular stands out with its large seated shower, cathedral ceiling, and dual walk-in closets. A snack-bar counter adds casual seating to the open kitchen. The dining room, too, flows easily into the great room but gains definition from a beautiful ceiling treatment and a couple of columns. Two additional bedrooms sit on the right side of the home. On the exterior, the stone entryway and a shed dormer above the angled garage add serious curb appeal. The utility room is conveniently located next to the kitchen and a bathroom, reducing the amount of plumbing needed. Other special features include built-in cabinetry, a bonus room and French doors.

  • Each plan is designed to be consistent with CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code or the International Residential Code in effect at the time the plan was created. Modifications may be necessary to meet applicable building codes, ordinances, local climatic, and geographical design criteria. Consult a builder, architect or other construction professional as necessary. Manufacturer instructions should be followed for all materials, appliances, and systems.
