Plan Description
Traditional in design but craftsman in details, this home features an exterior blend of shingle siding, stone, pillars and corbels that are updated and new. The plan includes three bedrooms and an open floor plan flanked by formal columns. As you enter, the large windows of the great room will draw your line of site directly through to the back yard. The kitchen and dining room lie adjacent to the great room and are defined by columns that add interest to the main living space. The master suite is tucked behind the garage and includes a walk-in closet and dual sinks. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home and share the popular Jack and Jill bathroom. A three-stall garage with extra storage completes the home.

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
