The house features either three or four bedrooms and three baths in about 3,100 square feet of heated space. The bonus room above the garage yields more than 200 square feet of additional space. The unfinished basement offers almost 700 square feet for an extra bedroom, bath, and playroom. Cottage characteristics inside include a paneled family room with 9-foot beamed ceiling and stone fireplace and hearth. The kitchen opens to a spacious breakfast room, which in turn opens to a deck that spans the rear of the house. A separate dining room and guestroom/study complete the first-floor plan. Upstairs, the master bedroom is comfortable and private. Although spacious with a vaulted ceiling, it continues the cozy, cottage look.
