Plan details

It was Andrea Palladio who, over four hundred and fifty years ago, conceived of adapting the pediment and columns of Greek architecture to private residents. Nowhere are his ideas more beautifully adapted to modern day needs than in the Maxina, a simple yet elegant floor plan designed for great views, fabulous entertaining and seamless indoor-outdoor living. From the welcoming front portico, the foyer opens onto a generously sized great room featuring one wall of built-ins for family collectibles and media components and another wall of disappearing glass that extends this great leisure space onto the full-length lanai. The kitchen offers a center cook top island, serving bar facing the leisure room, and plenty of cabinets and countertops. The entire left side of the home is allocated to the master suite, which boasts three walk-in closets and a corner walk-in shower hidden behind a magnificent angled garden tub. The study and dining room flank the entry foyer, and to the far right are two guest bedrooms. Each has its own walk-in closet and full bath. Bedroom three also has access to a covered corner of the lanai that features an outdoor kitchen and cozy fireplace.
