This expanded structure will be home to your prize stock! Outside, a 26' x 12' covered area with a concrete floor provides storage and parking for tractors and other equipment. Inside, six skylights illuminate the interior of three areas: 1) two 12'-2" x 12' pens with dirt floors, each with built-in feed troughs, fresh-water hookups and Dutch doors leading to an outdoor fenced area; 2) a covered grooming area with sloped, grooved concrete flooring and maximum access through double doors at each end; and 3) a 17' x 10' storage area with concrete floors for hay and a 7'-6" x 10' secured tack room with built-in saddle racks.
